Senda Terms of Service

Effective date: June 2, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Senda (“Senda,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a pedometer and activity-sharing app. By using Senda, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Senda is operated by its developer, an individual entrepreneur registered in the Republic of Armenia.

The Service

Senda lets you view walking activity, create saved date ranges, set goals, view streaks, use widgets, generate activity visuals, save exports, and share content through the iOS share sheet or supported third-party apps.

Senda depends on Apple HealthKit, Core Motion, iOS permissions, Firebase services, and other platform services. Some features may not work if permissions are denied, unavailable, or revoked.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Senda. If you use Senda on behalf of another person or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for them.

Accounts

Some features may require or support sign-in through Apple, Google, email link sign-in, or another supported authentication method. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity under your account.

You can delete your account from within the app. Deleting your account removes account-backed app data as described in our Privacy Policy, but it may not remove local device data, exported content, previously shared content, support records, or analytics records that we retain for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Senda collects, uses, and shares information. By using Senda, you acknowledge that we process information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Health and Activity Information

Senda is provided for personal activity tracking, visualization, and sharing. Senda is not medical advice, a medical device, or a substitute for professional health advice.

Activity data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or affected by device, Apple Health, Core Motion, permissions, syncing, battery, network, or platform limitations.

You are responsible for deciding how to use any activity information shown in Senda.

Your Content

You may use Senda to create, save, export, or share images, videos, backgrounds, stickers, activity summaries, and other content (“Your Content”). You keep ownership of Your Content.

You are responsible for Your Content and for making sure you have the rights and permissions needed to use photos, media, names, likenesses, or other material you include.

Do not use Senda to create or share unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, misleading, or privacy-invasive content.

When you share Your Content with another app, website, or service, that third party’s terms and privacy policy apply.

Permissions

Senda may request access to HealthKit, Motion, Camera, Photos, Notifications, widgets, and related iOS features. You can manage permissions in iOS Settings.

If you disable permissions, some features may stop working or show incomplete information.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt Senda or related services.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or Firebase resources.
• Abuse support, feedback, or account systems.
• Use Senda to distribute malicious, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.

Third-Party Services

Senda uses or integrates with third-party services, including Apple services, Firebase/Google services, Google Sign-In, Resend, Instagram sharing, and other iOS sharing destinations.

We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

App Store Terms

If you downloaded Senda from the Apple App Store, your use of Senda is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms.

Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for Senda. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are responsible for any product warranties, claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses relating to Senda.

Changes to Senda

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also change eligibility, availability, limits, or technical requirements.

Termination

You may stop using Senda at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, abuse the service, or if continued operation becomes impractical or unlawful.

Disclaimers

Senda is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that Senda will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or available at any particular time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Senda and its owners, developers, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or service interruption, arising from or related to your use of Senda.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Senda will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use Senda in the 12 months before the claim or USD $50.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Senda and its owners, developers, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of Senda, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the app or on our website.

Your continued use of Senda after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
